Beetroot – ¼ kg
Onion – 1
Potato – 1
Lime – ½
Mint – few
Boiled Milk – ½ cup
Pepper – as required
Salt – as required
Oil – as required
Peel off the skins of beetroot and potato and cook them until soft.
Chop onion and heat a wok with oil, fry onion until soft.
Grind cooked beetroot, potato and onion into paste.
Transfer the ground paste into a bowl, add enough water. Squeeze lime and add.
Add pepper and salt. (Or you can add pepper and salt before serving.)
Heat the soup, once it starts boil remove from heat.
Add boiled milk, mint and serve.
